A Winner Package is the package through which a confirmed winner claims the award after the official announcement. It provides the rights to use the official award title and logo, together with digital and physical recognition items, gala access and promotional visibility, depending on the tier chosen.
Yes. If your entry is confirmed as a winner, ordering a Winner Package is mandatory to claim the award, receive the winner benefits and exercise the official award title and logo usage rights. Ordering has no effect on judging — the win itself is decided before any package decision.
Only confirmed winners. Packages become available after the official winner announcement, and cannot be ordered by nominees or finalists in advance.

No. One Winner Package covers all category wins within the same award programme. If your organisation wins three categories at the World Public Service Excellence Awards, a single Winner Package covers all three.
No. Winner Package fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are valid only for the same-year edition — they cannot be carried forward to a future cycle.
The award cannot be claimed. Winners who do not order a Winner Package within the 10-day window may not use the official award title or logo, and any public references to the win must be taken down within 15 days of the announcement.
